Refund & Return Policy

At OWC, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Returns :

• Items must be unworn, unused and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• Sale/clearance items, gift cards and items marked “final sale” cannot be returned.

Refunds :

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval.

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (faulty or incorrect item).

Exchanges :

We’ll happily replace items if they’re defective, damaged or the wrong size. Contact us at ortehgawc@outlook.com before sending your item back.

 

Return Shipping :

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
